Yoga Trek (1-7 days)

Together with a very experienced Yoga Teacher, we are now also able to offer Yoga Treks of 1 up to 7 days.

Yoga means union and works on both the mind and the body creating harmony and well being for everyone. The Indian yogic tradition consists of so much more than just postures and breathing exercises: philosophy, diet and natural medicine are all part of this rich yogic tradition.

Our trips will be custom made depending on your experience as well as wishes and needs.

On all treks there will be 1 yoga session per day.
On the first day we start with hiking to the location where we spend the night and will have a late afternoon or evening yoga session outdoors in the beautiful nature. All other days we will start with a yoga session in the morning looking out over the impressive Himalayas and will be trekking in the late morning and afternoons.
